It is necessary for overall well-being.
I Can Control My Goals.
They give me direction and purpose.
I Can Control My Thoughts.
Train the mind towards positivity.
I Can Control My Environment.
A positive environment can boost mood.
I Can Control My Learning.
Be curious and open to new experiences and information.
I Can Control Practicing Gratitude.
Acknowledge and appreciate all the good I have in your life.
I Can Control My Time.
Time management allows me to balance work, rest, and play.
I Can Control Who I Spend Time With.
Focus on the relationships that make me feel good.
I Can Control My Finances.
I can live within my means.
But …
I Cannot Control Other People’s Opinions.
Their views do not define my worth.
I Cannot Control the Future.
Plan for the future but live in, and enjoy, the present.

Fix your thoughts on what is true and good and right.
Think about things that are pure and lovely,
and dwell on the fine, good things in others.
Think about all you can praise God for and be glad about.
