Thanksgiving is a time of gratitude to God, our Creator and Provider,
whose guidance and care go before us, and whose love is with us forever.
Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the changes,
to remember that we, too, grow and change from one season of life to another.
Thanksgiving is a time of changing seasons, when leaves turn golden in autumn’s wake
and apples are crisp in the first chill breezes of fall.
Let us remember the true meaning of Thanksgiving.
As we see the beauty of autumn, let us acknowledge the many blessings which are ours,
let us think of our families and friends, and let us give thanks in our hearts.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Philippians 4:6 (NLT)
“To be grateful is to recognize the love of God in everything He has given us — and He has given us everything.
Every breath we draw is a gift of His love, every moment of existence is a grace,
for it brings with it immense graces from Him.” Thomas Merton
Gratitude helps us to see what is there instead of what isn’t.
Talk with each other much about the Lord, quoting psalms and hymns and singing sacred songs, making music in your hearts to the Lord. Always give thanks for everything to our God and Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:19-20 Living Bible (TLB)
“Gratitude is what you feel.
Thanksgiving is what you do.” (Tim Keller)

Blessed is what you are! (PR)
