Canada geese honk overhead. Blue Jays scream from the tops or trees. The leaves are beginning to turn, and I haven’t seen a robin for a while.
This year the autumnal equinox, is Sunday, Sept. 22. Fall will arrive in the Northern Hemisphere at 7:44 a.m. CDT. This marks the first day of what is also known as the astronomical fall. As melancholy as it may feel, this is how it is supposed to be. It is the way God made it to be.
