According to this month’s Readers Digest, a way to rewire your brain for greater happiness is to write down three things you are grateful for every day. Studies show that people who are mindfully grateful sleep better, have stronger relationships, fewer aches and lower blood pressure.

1. The cat who demands that I cuddle with him in the morning
