I don’t know your backstory. I don’t know much about your childhood or your journey up until now. But I do know this.
You are alive because God wants you alive.
You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
Every moment was laid out
before a single day had passed.
How precious are your thoughts about me, O God.
They cannot be numbered! Psalm 139:16-17 New Living Translation
You are here because God wants you here.
You are you because God made you to be you.
I will offer You my grateful heart, for I am Your unique creation, filled with wonder and awe.
You have approached even the smallest details with excellence;
Your works are wonderful;
I carry this knowledge deep within my soul. Psalm 139:14 The Voice
You are part of God’s plan and His purpose.
For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 New Living Translation
And God delights in you.
For the Lord your God is living among you.
He is a mighty savior.
He will take delight in you with gladness.
With his love, he will calm all your fears.
He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.” Zephaniah 3:17 New Living Translation
Life is a gift. Accept it gladly.
Use it wisely. Enjoy it mindfully.
Celebrate it gratefully.
Hi!
This is Charl, Chelle’s mom. I am
sitting at my doctor’s, in a room
with 7 other patients hooked up to IV’s for chemo. Today is my first day, and I am almost done. As I was waiting to get my last bag hooked up, your
beautiful post came, sent by Chelle.
Thank you for sharing your faith and being such an inspiration!
Yours in Christ,
Charl
Charl, I am so glad to hear from you. Thank you for replying. I’ve been wondering how you are doing. Congratulations on getting though the first treatment. All power is God’s power, including the chemo in that bag. May God bless it to your healing. And, feel free to share my blog with anyone you think could benefit. Much love, Pam
