There is a season (a time appointed) for everything and a time for every delight and event or purpose under heaven—

October is bright blue skies, warm sun and cool breezes, bright colored leaves overhead, crunchy leaves under foot and the taste of warm apple cider and pumpkin spice everything. This October we are still running the A/C against moderate heat and high humidity.
There are some years when the first snow flurries happened in September, when the air was cool and dry, and the leaves fell from the trees one by one with an audible “snick.” Sometimes there are warmer autumn days, when the windows remained open to the evening breeze late into the season. I guess October can be a mixed bag of surprises.
There is a right time for everything,
and everything on earth will happen at the right time.
